Job summary

Home Helpers of AR is hiring a HR Specialist for our Spiro/McAlester office to manage onboarding, caregiver training, payroll support, and policy implementation. The role requires coordinating with recruiting and onboarding to ensure a rapid hiring timeline and to maintain retention-focused procedures.

Home Helpers is now hiring for a HR Specialist for our Spiro/McAlester office!

This is a joint office role and you will be required to commute to each office twice a week, being at your home office on Fridays.

The hours are Monday - Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 12pm.
