Job summary

DLA Careers is seeking entrants for the Pathways to Career Excellence (PaCE) program as entry-level Human Resources Specialists (Recruitment and Placement) at New Cumberland, PA. Trainees will perform HR functions under supervision and receive formal and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• One full year of graduate study OR a Master's or higher degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Specialized experience: 1 year at GS-05 level or equivalent; includes HR docs review, presentations, and customer relations.
• Education substitution: transcripts required; college accreditation must be recognized.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR services in recruitment and placement, employee relations, or labor relations.
• Apply HR methods and procedures to complete assignments with guidance.
• Independently apply rules and procedures to HR tasks within established guidelines.
