Job summary

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Department of Environmental Protection invites applications for an Administration and Management Trainee in the Employee Relations and Workforce Support section. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15 credits in public or business admin, or equivalent experience.
• Educational requirements based on within 3 months of graduation.
• PA residency required.

Responsibilities

• Review Code of Conduct notifications and investigate reported concerns.
• Manage OnBase requests and maintain records for approvals.
• Assist with performance standards, improvement plans, and evaluations.
• Maintain confidential ADA and employee records tracking systems.
• Handle inquiries by phone, email, and mail; direct requests.
• Provide general administrative support, including correspondence and mailings.
