• Research HR-related matters concerning evaluations, training, benefits, pay, and leave.
• Advises the FSD/AFSD on HR methods and resolutions for moderately complex problems.
• Coordinates with HQ Human Capital on staffing, benefits, workers' compensation and relations.
• Develops short- and long-range staffing plans and oversees recruitment processes.
