Lighthouse Youth & Family Services in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced HR Specialist - Recruiter to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent passionate about making a difference. You will build relationships, source candidates, and manage the full hiring journey.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of recruiting/HR, experience with ATS/HRIS and LinkedIn, and a knack for crafting a positive candidate experience. This is a day-shift, on-site role in a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting and/or HR experience.
• Experience using ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Find candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and sourcing strategies.
• Manage full hiring journey from posting jobs to extending offers.
• Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Create an outstanding candidate experience that leaves applicants informed and valued.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
• Track recruiting metrics to improve hiring processes.
• Support onboarding and other HR initiatives to ensure smooth start for new hires.

What You'll Be Doing

• Find amazing candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Manage the full hiring journey from posting jobs and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.
• Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and develop winning recruiting strategies.
• Create an outstanding candidate experience that leaves applicants feeling valued and informed.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
• Track recruiting metrics and help us continuously improve our hiring process.
• Support onboarding and other HR initiatives to ensure new team members get off to a great start.
• Keep our ATS and HR systems organized, accurate, and up to date.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• Have 3+ years of recruiting and/or HR experience.

Bonus Points For

• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certification
• Experience with high-volume recruiting
• Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development skills
• Experience with recruiting analytics and reporting
