Job summary

Falcone Global Solutions LLC, an operating division of Falcone Capital Holdings, LLC, seeks an HR Specialist - People Operations in Center City Philadelphia to lead HR policies, workforce planning, and talent processes across the USA.

You'll partner with leadership to enhance employee relations, drive performance reviews, and ensure legal compliance, while shaping a strong workplace culture and supporting growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of HR experience in a multi-functional environment.
• Experience with policy writing, recruiting, workforce planning, training and development and performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; HR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Support workforce planning and organizational staffing needs.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, and candidate experience.
• Coordinate performance reviews and support manager coaching.
• Partner with leadership and legal for best-in-class employee relations and HR practices.
• Help ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws throughout the USA.

Salary Range: $110,000.00 To $125,000.00 Annually

Falcone Global Solutions, LLC has an immediate opening for an HR Specialist - People Operations in our newly expanded state-of-the-art Center City Philadelphia, PA Innovation Center.

Compensation: $110,000-$125,000 annual salary plus performance-based bonus

Are you passionate about people, process, and building a strong workplace culture? We’re looking for a dynamic People Operations Associate to join our team in Philadelphia and help drive key HR initiatives across the organization.

In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner in shaping the employee experience — from writing and improving company policies to supporting workforce planning, leading talent acquisition efforts, and managing the performance review process.
