Re:Build Manufacturing & Cutting Dynamics, LLC in Avon, Ohio is seeking an HR Specialist L2 to support the Human Resources department with payroll/administrative tasks and HR compliance. You will handle day-to-day HR inquiries, maintain records, and assist in onboarding and employee relations.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of relevant HR experience, familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems, and strong knowledge of HR laws and procedures. A degree is preferred; HS/GED required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
• Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred or High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Minimum 3+ years experience with HRIS and Payroll systems.
• Minimum 3+ years experience with onboarding and new hiring.
• Experience with interviewing and recruiting, preferred.
• Experience with employee benefits management.
• Familiarity with HR laws and procedures.
• Familiarity with staffing, developing, succession planning.
• Experience with Human Resources reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of HR support for employees and day-to-day HR activities.
• Respond to HR inquiries, including employment, benefits, and leave programs.
• Partner with management in communicating and implementing policies and guidelines for compliance.
• Maintain employee personnel files and HRIS data integrity.
• Coordinate and tracks all leave of absence activities including FMLA, STD, LTD and Worker’s comp.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts with Talent team and hire managers to align hiring efforts.
• Coordinate all onboarding procedures including new hire orientation activities.
• Conduct exit interviews and assist in coordination of termination procedures.
• Assist in planning and coordination of corporate events, initiatives, programs, and special projects.
• Support employee relations matter in conjunction with Sr. HR Manager.
