Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing in Avon, Ohio seeks an HR Specialist L2 to support human resources operations and payroll administration. This role provides frontline HR support, assists with onboarding, and helps maintain employee records.

You will partner with management on policy implementation, coordinate leave and recruitment efforts, and help ensure HR compliance across all programs. A minimum of 3 years HR experience and proficiency with HRIS/payroll are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience with payroll and HRIS
• Experience with onboarding and recruitment processes
• Knowledge of HR laws and compliance
• Strong administrative and data accuracy skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of HR support for day-to-day activities.
• Respond to inquiries on employment, benefits, and leave programs.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Maintain employee files and HRIS data integrity.
• Support recruitment with Talent team and hiring managers.
• Coordinate leave of absence tracking (FMLA, STD, LTD, Workers’ comp).
