Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking an HR Specialist L2 to join our HR team in Avon, OH. The role provides hands-on support to HR operations, payroll, and employee relations across the business.

You will respond to inquiries, partner with management on policy implementation, and maintain HR records with strong attention to detail. This is a full-time on-site position offering growth and collaborative opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in HR or related field.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems required.
• Onboarding and recruitment experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HR laws and procedures.
• Excellent communication and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of HR support for daily activities.
• Respond to inquiries about benefits, leave, and policies.
• Partner with management to implement HR procedures.
• Maintain employee files and HRIS data integrity.
• Coordinate leave of absence processes (FMLA, STD, LTD, workers' comp).
• Coordinate onboarding, recruitment, and exit procedures.
• Support planning of corporate events and HR initiatives.
• Escalate complex issues to Sr. HR Manager.
