Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 4+ years of HR generalist/specialist experience.
• Experience delivering HR administration across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, terminations).
• Knowledge of payroll administration, wage garnishments, and multi-state payroll; familiarity with I-9/E-Verify is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue offer letters with accurate compensation, titles, and start dates.
• Coordinate onboarding including I-9 and E-Verify, HRIS setup, and orientation scheduling.
• Process PAFs for hires, changes, promotions, transfers, leaves, and status changes.
• Manage separations, final pay, benefits notices, equipment returns, and exit processing.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HRIS data with regulatory compliance.
