Qualifications

• Experience in payroll, benefits administration, or HR.
• Strong knowledge of employment regulations and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Own benefits administration including open enrollment and vendor coordination.
• Support payroll accuracy and compliance with records and deductions.
• Administer employee leaves (FMLA, parental leave, disability) and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain HRIS data and assist with process improvements.
