Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting and Talent Development: You will manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, interviewing, onboarding, training, coaching, and employee development. You will identify and attract top talent, and ensure our company is a place where employees can grow and succeed.
• Communication and Relationship Management: You will be responsible for communicating effectively with a wide range of personalities, from entry-level employees to senior management. You will need to build trust and rapport with all staff members, and be able to deliver potentially difficult information in a respectful and appropriate manner.
• Strategic HR Planning: You will work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals. This includes succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.
• HR Policies and Procedures: You will ensure that all HR policies and procedures are in compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining the employee handbook and other HR documents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification will be considered an advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment and talent development.
• Proven experience in communicating and managing relationships with diverse personalities.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures, and a good understanding of the Accounting and Finance industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
