Unison Health is seeking an HR Specialist for Ohio Respite Alliance to independently coordinate daily HR operations for a contingent workforce. The role covers onboarding, employee records, and ongoing HR administration across the Ohio Respite Alliance program.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in HR, experience with ADP or similar HRIS, and knowledge of pre-employment checks and regulatory HR compliance. This is a mission-driven role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of HR experience including onboarding and compliance preferred.
• Experience coordinating HR processes and managing employee records.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day HR administrative functions for Ohio Respite Alliance.
• Serve as primary contact for HR documentation, onboarding, and records updates.
• Maintain employee records in ADP and HRIS, ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Monitor compliance requirements and assist with audits and program reviews.
• Support HR leadership and program management with HR reporting and process improvements.
