Job summary

The Tulalip Tribes is seeking an HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department. You will assist in implementing HR practices and provide administrative and technical support to employees while emphasizing engagement and empowerment.

Maintain high standards of performance and productivity, ensuring alignment with Tulalip’s mission, vision and values, under the supervision of the HR team in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred; experience may substitute for the degree.
• Tribal Human Resources Professional Certification (THRP I) preferred; will allow one year to obtain.
