Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field with 3+ years HR experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll processes; ability to maintain confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire qualified candidates for open positions.
• Coordinate onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll support.
• Handle employee relations, policy enforcement, and disciplinary matters.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate key HR metrics for management.
• Support training, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as point of contact for employees and managers on HR issues.
