Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3–5 years' HR or executive-level support experience in higher education preferred.
• Strong organizational, administrative and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central HR liaison for School of Engineering groups and collaborating with University HR.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, policy administration, equity reviews and salary recommendations.
• Act as Workday liaison and provide guidance to managers and staff on related processes.
• Conduct new-hire orientation and coordinate annual performance review processes.
