Muehlhan Wind Service is seeking an HR Specialist to optimize the end-to-end employee experience, covering development, transitions, and offboarding. You will maintain HR data, ensure compliance with employment law, and advise employees and managers on policies and procedures.

In this role you’ll drive improvements in lifecycle processes, support benefits administration, onboarding, and employee relations, contributing to engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 2+ years HR experience with understanding of employment laws.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Any combination of education and experience accepted.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits, onboarding, and employee relations across lifecycles.
• Audit and analyze HR data for accuracy, compliance, and reporting.
• Provide guidance on benefits, policies, and lifecycle queries.
• Support investigations and case documentation in employee relations.
• Ensure employment law compliance and audit readiness.
• Identify process improvements to streamline workflows.
• Serve as liaison between employees, managers, and HR with confidentiality.
• Coordinate engagement, recognition, wellbeing, and retention initiatives.
• Identify further opportunities to improve the employee experience.
• Act as a key liaison among stakeholders to maintain positive experience.
