Muehlhan Wind Service is seeking an HR Specialist to optimize the end-to-end employee experience, covering development, transitions, and offboarding. You will maintain HR data, ensure compliance with employment law, and advise employees and managers on policies and procedures.

In this role you’ll drive improvements in lifecycle processes, support benefits administration, onboarding, and employee relations, contributing to engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 2+ years HR experience with understanding of employment laws.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Any combination of education and experience accepted.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits, onboarding, and employee relations across lifecycles.

About The Role

The HR Specialist optimizes the end-to-end employee experience, ensuring smooth processes across development, transitions, and off boarding. They maintain accurate HR data, support compliance with employment law, and provide expert guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.

Beyond administrative execution, the role drives improvements in employee lifecycle processes, supports benefits administration, onboarding, employee relations, and contributes to initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and overall workforce effectiveness. The specialist acts as a trusted partner across HR, management, and employees, combining operational precision with a people-focused approach.

This full-time role requires working in the office located in Flower Mound, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Benefits administration, onboarding, employee relations, leave administration, and optimize employee lifecycle activities.
• Maintain, audit, and analyze HR data within systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reporting for decision-making.
• Provide expert guidance to employees and managers on benefits, HR policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle queries.
• Support employee relations activities, including investigations, case documentation, and conflict resolution under HR guidance.
• Ensure compliance with employment law, internal policies, and audit requirements across employee lifecycle processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, streamlining workflows, and enhancing the employee experience.
• Act as a key liaison between employees, managers, and HR, ensuring effective communication, confidentiality, and a positive employee experience.
• Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing, and retention initiatives, including follow-ups and touchpoints throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, streamlining workflows, and enhancing the employee experience.
• Act as a key liaison between employees, managers, and HR, ensuring effective communication, confidentiality, and a positive employee experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of human resources experience with strong foundational understanding of basic employment laws and standards.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
