You will post job openings online, review resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews to help build a strong candidate slate. You will prepare employment contracts, coordinate new-hire orientation, and manage exit processes, while maintaining confidential employee data.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for routine employee inquiries and direct complex issues to senior HR staff
