Job summary

Devitechs is seeking an HR professional to develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business goals and organisational growth. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, and create a positive employee experience through engagement and retention initiatives.

You will maintain records and compliance, support performance management, payroll coordination, onboarding programs, training, and development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business goals and growth.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Create a positive employee experience by supporting engagement, retention, and workplace initiatives.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Support performance management processes including reviews, feedback, and development plans.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, training programs, and professional development activities.
• Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Assist in resolving employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
• Support payroll coordination and ensure accurate employee information management.
• Monitor employment legislation updates and ensure HR practices remain compliant.
• Develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction and organisational culture.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management insights.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand workforce requirements.
• Support talent management and succession planning initiatives.
• Promote diversity, inclusion, and a positive working environment.
