Training includes document preparation, drafting requests, and managing official documents such as IDs and tags. New specialists will also learn data application and analysis, with exposure to 13 nationally recognized certifications.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen
• Age 17–42
• High School Diploma or GED
• Meet tattoo guidelines
• No major law violations
• No medical concerns

Responsibilities

• Assist Soldiers in progressing their Army careers.
• Provide personnel and HR support to commanders across branches.
• Train on document preparation, drafting requests, and handling official documents (ID cards, tags).
• Train on data application and data information analysis.
