Hr Specialist - Accounts Receivable Clerk Qualifications

• Residence within 10 miles of our Aurora office
• Proficiency with financial software, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

What You Can Expect

Our HR Specialist - Accounts Receivable Clerk works from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

You embrace a variety of clerical responsibilities to keep our financial matters organized and appropriately handled. Attentive to detail, you oversee essential functions like payroll, invoicing, accounts payable, and applicant screening and recruiting. It's crucial that you maintain accurate financial records while complying with all company policies and meeting all deadlines.

You keep track of payments, follow up on past-due invoices, and send accounts to collections as needed. Providing quality HR support, you assist with applicant interviews and employee onboarding while tracking compliance records and supporting staff relations. On the financial side, you review estimate accuracy, assist with reconciliations and audits, and support the controller and leadership team however possible. You track inventory, support month- and year-end reporting, and develop and execute improvement plans. Your efforts directly support our short- and long-term success!
