Job description

This role involves close collaboration with Techstack teams at various levels. You will be one of the HR specialists responsible for implementing initiatives in people development, team interaction, and executing the People strategy.

We are looking for a highly independent person who can work systematically, make data-driven decisions, and create long-term solutions that support the company’s growth.

In this role, you will support teams as an internal consultant, helping to identify needs, work on motivating people, and improve processes, positively impacting efficiency, engagement, and team culture.

Due to high competition for this position, we review CVs within a week after receiving applications. You will definitely receive feedback from our team via email.

Your team

In our company, the HR function is actively evolving to meet the needs of the team. We are building a team of professionals who don’t just manage processes but create and improve them based on data, analysis, and real people’s needs.

You will work in an environment that values systematic work, organization, critical thinking, and the ability to implement changes with clear goals. Our HR team members:

- manage their areas autonomously;

- design and improve processes;

- make decisions based on metrics, feedback, and team requirements;

- ensure effective communication at all levels.

We regularly hold retrospectives, assess the effectiveness of our HR practices, share experiences, and test new ideas through controlled experiments. Every team member has their own area of responsibility and the opportunity to influence approaches that bring real value to people and the company.

Culture

We have built a mature HR culture based on trust, transparency, proactivity, and a systematic approach to working with people. Our goal is not just to support employees but to create an environment where people can unlock their potential, grow, and stay engaged.

One of the key drivers of HR development is HR Engine - an internal initiative that brings the team together around reviewing existing processes, implementing improvements, scaling effective practices, and testing new hypotheses. It’s a space for professional growth, knowledge sharing, and strategic change that strengthens the overall HR function within the company.

We work closely with managers, teams, and other departments to better understand business needs, provide quality feedback, and maintain a high level of engagement.

All of this shapes our culture and strengthens the company’s HR expertise.

Your responsibilities

Supporting the full cycle of HR processes for the team: onboarding, development, performance evaluation, and offboarding.

Preparing for and participating in regular 1:1s, satisfaction surveys, collecting and analyzing feedback.

Supporting and fostering corporate culture within the team; participating in internal initiatives.

Addressing conflicts and helping maintain a healthy team atmosphere.

Collaborating with recruiters, managers, and other departments to improve HR processes.

Managing HR analytics, preparing reports, and contributing to HR strategy development at the team or department level.

Initiating and supporting Performance Review processes.

Continuously improving your HR knowledge and practices, sharing insights with the team.

It's about you

You have 2+ years of experience as an HR/People Partner/HR Generalist in the IT industry.

You understand the specifics of the IT market and processes in development teams.

You have experience implementing or participating in Performance Reviews, surveys, and engagement initiatives.

Your English level is Upper-Intermediate or higher - you can communicate confidently with management and team members.

You know how to build trust, connect with people, and communicate complex ideas in a simple way.

You have analytical skills and work with HR metrics.

You know how to support a team through periods of change or challenges.

You are continuously learning, open to new ideas, and ready to share your own.

You’re organized and proactive - both in managing yourself and supporting others.

What we havefor you

Stable and long-term position in an experienced team.

Broad opportunities for professional and career growth - professional challenges that encourage development, professional communities, etc.

Horizontal connections and absence of micromanagement instead of traditional hierarchy - all teammates are accessible to each other on all matters.

Free English and business English courses.

20 days off and 7 sick days to support your health and rest.
