Job summary

Coosa Valley Medical Center in Sylacauga, AL is seeking an HR professional to deliver day-to-day HR services to team members and leadership. You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, leave administration, HRIS and records, policy interpretation, compliance, and employee engagement.

The role requires at least 2 years of HR experience; healthcare HR experience is a plus, with strong knowledge of federal/state regulations and payroll best practices; Ceridian/Dayforce

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years HR experience preferred; healthcare HR experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations, payroll best practices.
• Ability to handle confidential material, decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Ceridian/Dayforce HRIS/Payroll system preferred.

Qualifications For The Job...

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience is preferred; healthcare HR experience is a plus.
• Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations, understanding of payroll best practices, ability to deal sensitively with confidential material, decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills, organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills. Knowledge of Ceridian/Dayforce HRIS/Payroll system is preferred.
