Coosa Valley Medical Center in Alabama is seeking a patient care teammate to assist physicians with direct patient care while upholding quality standards. You will help with routine exams, record vital signs, and ensure a clean, safe treatment area.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, CPR certification, and at least one year of healthcare experience, preferably in a clinic. Strong teamwork and clear communication are essential to patient care success.

• Perform a variety of patient care activities to assist physicians providing direct patient care, and maintaining proper standards of quality.

Qualifications For The Job...

• High school education required.
• Must have minimum one year experience in healthcare setting, preferably in a clinic setting.
• Specialized technical training of one to two years preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Must have knowledge of examination, diagnostic, and treatment room procedures; knowledge of medical equipment and instruments to administer patient care; knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment.
• Must posses skill in taking vital signs; maintaining records and recording test results.
• Must be able to establish and maintain working relationships with patients, medical staff and public.
• Must be able to read, understand and respond to detailed oral and written instruction; communicate clearly and maintain quality control standards.
