What’s a typical day as HR Specialist? You’ll be:

  • Providing high-touch customer service through telephone, email, and case management systems to meet service level and business performance goals.
  • Supporting employees and managers with HR, payroll, and benefits transactions, including first contact support on HRIS processes.
  • Processing and entering confidential employee information in the HRIS (Workday), ensuring accuracy and timeliness for new hires, terminations, promotions, and benefits enrollments.

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

  • Have a high school diploma with 0-3 years of experience in an HR-related field; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Possess demonstrated knowledge of HR, payroll, and benefits processes, with a customer service background, preferably in a call center or centralized HR Shared Service environment.
  • Are proficient in HRIS systems (PeopleSoft, Workday) and have strong verbal and written communication skills, with an empathetic approach to customer interactions.
