Job summary

You will handle inquiries, contribute to process improvements, maintain logs, and participate in trainings and onboarding tasks.

The role includes triage of issues, escalation when needed, and collaboration with HR and vendor partners to ensure accurate data and timely service.

Qualifications

• Two years of college and one year of related professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and counsel to employees and managers on HR services and solutions.
• Assist in implementing continuous improvement projects to enhance HR service delivery.
• Surface process improvement ideas from inquiries handled.
• Respond to inquiries via email, phone, or walk-in; escalate when needed.
• Maintain an accurate log of tasks and inquiries; upload docs to OnBase as needed.
• Participate in special projects and report status regularly.
• Handle onboarding tasks (background checks, i-9, etc.).
• Conduct trainings for HR services and solutions processes.
• Assist with pre-boarding tasks (visits, immigration coordination, etc.).
• Support daily HR service lines and provide in-moment training.
• Post to SilkRoad, run reports, manage weekly postings.
