Job summary

NYU Langone Nevada seeks an on-site Human Resources Manager to support the Access Center in Nevada and back up Florida when needed. You will partner with site leaders and corporate HR to meet recruitment and retention goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years HR generalist experience, strong employee relations skills, and proficiency with MS Office; you will drive HR programs and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of Employee & Labor Relations.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Human Resources liaison for the Access Center site.
• Provide coaching and support to supervisors to ensure agents meet customer service deliverables.
• Assist Recruitment/Staffing with local programs that attract, retain, and engage employees.
• Coordinate recruitment and hiring logistics; interview and help select staff.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
