Job summary

Cura HR is seeking a Human Resources Consultant to partner with clients and Cura Consultants on HR programs, payroll, onboarding, and policy compliance. You will navigate multiple HR disciplines in a fast-moving consulting environment with time-sensitive project timelines.

You’ll build HR processes, design programs, and support client outcomes across diverse organizations, with flexibility around workload shifts and on-site client support in the Denver/Boulder area as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR operations experience delivering client solutions.
• Proactive problem-solving and collaboration across teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operational plans across multiple client engagements.
• Design and implement people programs and practices.
• Serve as a point of contact for payroll, HRIS, unemployment and workers’ comp.
• Create process guides to support HR management.
• Administer total rewards programs and enrollment.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal HR laws and reporting.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist audits.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, orientations and exit processes.
• Handle general HR inquiries and support recruiting needs.
• Partner with leadership on employee relations and investigations.
• Track time using Cura's tools and best practices.
