This role will document issues, resolutions and manage case information using a case management system, while ensuring data integrity across employee records and personnel files.

• Extensive experience in human resources, customer service, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communications with a courteous tone.
• Efficient data entry and high words-per-minute speed.

• Discretion with confidential information.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, efficient, and courteous support to employees and retirees via phone or email.
• Open cases, complete Workday transactions, and maintain complete records.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR knowledge and escalate to Tier 2 when needed.
• Maintain accurate employee records and document management.
• Communicate professionally and listen empathetically to employees' needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Support data gathering for system and process improvements.
