Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an Implementation Consultant I to partner with clients on moderately complex needs, leading discovery sessions and designing customized system configurations. You will focus on data conversion accuracy, onboarding, and proactive post-implementation support to ensure client success.

Requirements include 1+ year of customer-facing experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong Excel skills. This role follows a standard 9am–6pm Central Time work window with on-site

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Customer Service or Customer interfacing role.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (with a strong emphasis on Excel) and Other Programs.
• Experience with Excel functions including VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, data manipulation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Act as our clients trusted advisor, ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout the implementation process.
• Provide a smooth transition and post-implementation support as needed, including system maintenance and issue resolution.
• Assist clients in data migration, data mapping, and data validation processes for accurate data integration into the HCM software.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to payroll, HR, time, and labor.
