Job summary

United CoolAir, LLC (UCA) is seeking an HR Site Leader to own the full HR function at our York County manufacturing site. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution for a team of approximately 100 employees, reporting to site leadership and coordinating with recruiting, compliance, and payroll partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or frontline workforce.
Experience as a manager-level HR business partner or site HR leader preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the manager-level HR leader for the site, partnering with leadership.
Own day-to-day and long-term HR agenda; manage employee relations, investigations, and coaching.
Oversee recruiting coordination, onboarding, and workforce planning for ~100 employees.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Translate culture priorities into actions and drive site HR metrics and reporting.
