Family Health Centers of San Diego is seeking a Supervisor of Human Resources to oversee day-to-day shared services across onboarding, HRIS, benefits and credentialing. You will implement standardized processes, monitor service levels, and produce actionable reports for multiple San Diego sites.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 2 years HR experience with supervisory exposure, and proficiency in Workday HCM and Excel. Some travel between sites is required.

• At least 2 years HR experience with supervisory exposure.
• Experience implementing shared-services or centralized HR delivery.
• Knowledge of healthcare credentialing and regulatory requirements.
• Strong data reporting and analytics skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise HR shared services staff across onboarding, HRIS, benefits, and credentialing.
• Oversee HR Service Center operations and Workday tickets.
• Develop standardized HR processes and SLAs with dashboards.
• Monitor scorecards and KPIs and prepare reports.
• Coordinate strategic HR initiatives and project plans.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
