Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking a HR Shared Services professional to provide frontline support for team members. You will manage inquiries, assist with pre-employment, onboarding, payroll, and HR administration while ensuring data accuracy in Workday and related systems.

The role emphasizes process excellence, SLA adherence, and collaboration with HR Partners across functions. A strong customer service orientation and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR Shared Services or relevant Human Resources experience.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to effectively support employees and managers.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer HR Helpline calls and provide timely, professional support to team members.
• Act as an escalation point for inquiries and determine the path for resolution.
• Respond to inquiries per SLAs and through multiple channels.
• Provide general answers and solutions for HR matters, including payroll and onboarding.
• Support HR Service Center, pre-employment, hiring, onboarding, and HR administration needs.
• Ensure process excellence and compliance of HR programs.
• Develop relationships with HR Business Partners and other HR functions.
• Educate on HR Shared Services resources and self-service tools like Workday.
