Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking an HR Shared Services specialist to support employees and managers with payroll, benefits, and HR policy inquiries. You will use Workday for data entry and case management, delivering timely, accurate responses.

The role emphasizes service excellence, cross-functional collaboration with HR Partners, and promoting self-service resources to improve efficiency. 2–5 years of HR experience and an Associate's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR Shared Services or relevant HR experience.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong customer service orientation to support employees and managers.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and assess urgency.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Detail-oriented with follow-through and accuracy.
• Data analysis and reporting skills a plus.

Responsabilités

• Answer HR helpline calls and provide timely, professional support to team members.
• Escalate inquiries and determine resolution path.
• Respond to inquiries per SLAs.
• Handle HR admin questions via phone, case systems, and the Support Hub.
• Support payroll, background checks, new hire, and compensation tasks.
• Maintain and enter data in Workday including address/name changes.
• Develop and maintain HR knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with HR partners and IT to improve processes.
• Promote self-service tools like Support Hub and Workday.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance in HR processes.
• Participate in HR initiatives and process improvements.
