Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in Wisconsin seeks an HR Shared Services Specialist to support Talent and serve as the first contact for employees. You will maintain accurate employee data and deliver high-quality HR experiences in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will manage Workday-based inquiries, support onboarding, and collaborate with HR teams on data reporting and compliance. PriorWorkday/Kronos experience is valued, with a focus on accuracy and empathy.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration or Communications or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is preferred.
• Experience with Workday and UKG (Kronos) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee inquiries in the Workday Help case system with timely resolutions.
• Support HR case management for benefits, payroll, time/attendance and policies.
• Assist in onboarding new hires in Workday and ensure proper data entry.
• Support HR teams with data reporting and administrative tasks.
