Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an HR Shared Services Specialist to support the Talent Team and serve as the first contact for employees. You will maintain accurate employee data and deliver a high-quality experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You’ll handle HR case support, onboarding in Workday, and site compliance, while collaborating with HR teams on data reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration or Communications or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization with the ability to follow issues through to resolution.
• Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and empathy in sensitive employee situations.
• Working proficiency in Excel to support data review, reporting, and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Document onsite employee inquiries and resolutions in the Workday Help case system.
• Address Help Cases within Workday and by phone with timely resolutions on benefits, payroll, time/attendance, and policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by independently resolving inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to HR contacts for resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Talent policies and data audits for projects.
