Responsibilities

• Process high-volume HR transactions in SuccessFactors EC and SAP.
• Review, validate, and enter data related to hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Manage 30-40 HR cases daily via ServiceNow and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform pre-entry and post-entry validation of master data and organizational info.
• Reconcile data across systems to ensure consistency and audit readiness.
• Escalate data integrity concerns and participate in audits and process improvements.
