Job summary

OTSI, a global technology partner, has an immediate opening for an HR Services Support 3 onsite in Boise, Idaho. You will support a large enterprise Learning Experience Platform with project coordination, business analysis, testing, and stakeholder communication.

The role requires 2+ years in project coordination or business analysis, experience with UAT, JIRA or similar tools, and familiarity with Agile or hybrid methods.

Qualifications

• Enterprise-level implementation experience with LMS/LXP or HR tech is preferred.
• Experience bridging business and IT across large projects.
• Excellent requirements gathering and technical writing skills.
• Strong UAT and testing coordination capabilities.
• Experience with agile, waterfall, or hybrid methods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, status tracking, and workstream coordination.
• Document business and system requirements and maintain governance artifacts.
• Lead or coordinate UAT, test cases, defects, and validations.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, stakeholders, vendors and partners.
• Support reporting, KPIs, and data validation tasks.
