Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking an HR Shared Services Generalist — Tier I to serve as the first line of contact for employee and manager inquiries across HR topics.

You will resolve Tier I questions, process HR transactions, and triage more complex matters to Tier II teams, delivering accurate, service-oriented support across the organization. You will help maintain data integrity in HR systems, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an HR, customer service, or shared services environment.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) preferred; willingness to learn HR systems.
• Familiarity with case management or ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming HR inquiries via phone, email, chat, and case management system, providing prompt and accurate responses.
• Triage and escalate complex or unresolved inquiries to Tier II specialists or HR Business Partners.
• Process HR transactions and data updates in the HRIS with high accuracy.
• Audit and validate HR data for integrity and compliance.
• Log, track, and manage inquiries in the HR case management system with detailed notes.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, compliance with employment laws, and I-9 requirements.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners to ensure seamless service.
