Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking an experienced HR Services Specialist to support payroll, benefits, compensation, and HR service delivery for U.S. and Canadian employees.

You will work in a centralized HR Services team using a ticket-based model to resolve inquiries and deliver excellent customer service. Reporting to the VP of HR Services, this role covers benefits administration, payroll tax support, system reporting, and data integrity across Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors, and HR Link in a hybrid Rock

Qualifications

• 5+ years in payroll, HR services, benefits, HR ops or related field.
• Experience in a shared services or service center with a ticketing system.
• Knowledge of payroll administration and payroll tax fundamentals.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reporting, data analysis).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR Services Center support to employees, managers, and HR partners.
• Resolve payroll, benefits, compensation, data, and HR process inquiries; meet SLAs.
• Analyze payroll data, identify discrepancies, support audits and reconciliations.
• Assist with year-end reporting (W-2, T4) and tax questions.
• Support HR systems reporting and data integrity across platforms.
