Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an HR Service Coordinator in Pittsburgh, PA, onsite. You will support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HRIS, benefits administration, and coaching managers across multiple locations.

This newly created role offers broad exposure to HR operations, ADP support, and payroll inquiries while partnering with leadership to drive HR initiatives and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
• ADP experience preferred.
• Benefits administration experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activities for technicians, administrative staff, service managers, and project managers.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding across multiple locations.
• Serve as primary HR contact for policies and HR matters.
• Provide ADP support and assist with HRIS issues and employee records.
• Coach managers on employee relations and HR best practices.
• Support benefits administration, payroll-related inquiries, and performance management.
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with policies.
• Assist with candidate communications and interview scheduling.
