Job summary

• Supports administration and coordination of Time and Attendance policies and programs.
• Ensures data accuracy through validation and issue resolution.
• Interacts with Payroll, HR and cross-functional partners to resolve pay issues.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and tracks employee work schedules and rosters.
• Maintains employee databases for time data and attendance records.
• Audits legacy time systems to ensure SAP alignment and accurate quota calculations.
• Provides Tier 2 escalation support for complex pay or quota disputes.
• Serves as subject-matter expert for SAP Time and quota and attendance policies.
