Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Crew Member Services professional to provide day-to-day HR operations support, serving as the first contact for employees and guiding them through policies, processes, and systems. You will maintain accurate HR records and manage lifecycle transactions while upholding confidentiality.

You will assist with onboarding/offboarding, benefits, payroll support, and compliance. Weekly on-call expectations may apply to ensure timely HR service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in HR operations or HR administration.
• Minimum 2 years in Shared Services/HR Service Center or call center.
• Experience with HRIS and case management systems is highly desirable.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for the Crew Member Services team.
• Serve as first point of contact for employees via mail, email, web forms, and phone.
• Advise employees on HR policies, procedures, systems, and processes.
• Create and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and case management systems.
• Process employee lifecycle transactions: hires, changes, transfers, promotions, separations.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Assist with benefits administration, payroll support, leave administration, and other HR operations.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs, including CSAT and case resolution metrics.
