Job summary

Five Below is seeking an HR Services Delivery & Operations Lead to drive end-to-end HR service delivery across multiple populations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management. You will support high-volume seasonal and hourly hiring while ensuring compliant processes and timely HR transactions.

Ideal candidates will manage day-to-day HR operations, advise managers and crew members, and establish SLAs to maintain efficient, scalable HR services across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR service delivery across store, ship center, corporate, and international populations.
• Support high-volume hiring cycles (seasonal, part-time, hourly workforce) with efficient and compliant processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations).
• Manage day-to-day HR Operations, including employee lifecycle administration, HR systems support, and manager/crew inquiries.
