Job summary

CFS is seeking an HR Service Coordinator in Indianapolis to provide broad HR support across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HRIS, and coaching for managers. This newly created role offers the chance to partner with leadership, coordinate HR programs, and ensure policy compliance across multiple Indiana locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and general HR functions.
• Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• ADP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activities for technicians, administrative staff, service managers, and project managers.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees across multiple Indiana locations.
• Serve as a primary HR contact for employee and manager questions regarding policies, procedures, and HR matters.
• Provide ADP support and assist with HRIS-related issues and employee records.
• Coach managers on employee relations situations and HR best practices.
• Support benefits administration, payroll-related inquiries, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management processes.
• Guide and elevate HR concerns to appropriate internal resources when needed.
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Assist with recruiting coordination, candidate communications, interview scheduling and hiring activities.
• Support corporate HR programs and initiatives as assigned.
