Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in Human Resources or related area OR 2 years with a related degree.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service while multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Follows established standards and procedures for handling inquiries, transactions and administration of HR matters.
• Assists navigating internal resources on self-service and HR technology tools.
• Coordinates service and resolution with various HR functions and escalated matters as necessary.
• Performs administrative/operational/customer support duties via telephone, e-mail and electronic delivery systems.
• Communicates effectively with strong written and verbal skills.
• Demonstrates active listening and remains professional during stressful interactions.
• Works with multiple HR systems simultaneously.
• Engages with others in a positive manner.
