You’ll handle inquiries via multiple channels, assist with Workday navigation, and support onboarding, open enrollment, and service improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in HR or service center operations is a plus.
• Proactive problem solving and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers seeking HR support via phone, email, ticketing systems, and other service channels.
• Provide accurate information on HR policies, benefits, payroll, and related processes.
• Support HR transactions and maintain data integrity in HR systems and records.
• Assist employees and managers with Workday navigation and self-service tools.
• Support onboarding activities and help ensure a smooth new hire experience.
