Operations Assistant II (AH74/61122783/FTE-S01192P), full-time position with benefits. SC State Pay Grade: GEN05. Salary range: $34,476.00 (minimum) – $44,778.00 (midpoint). Normal work hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university.
A high school diploma and work experience in collecting, scheduling, processing and reporting information in a data processing environment.
Human resources experience preferred.
Demonstrated customer service and computer skills are necessary. Strong organizational skills, attention to details, and ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities is necessary. Must be able to meet posted deadlines. Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills. Ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise.
