Greendale Park Nursing & Rehab in Wisconsin is seeking an HR Assistant to support onboarding, orientation, and new-hire login access for required trainings. You will maintain personnel files and electronic records, support training programs, and analyze HR metrics to identify trends for improvement.

You will also partner with center leadership on staffing, labor management, and policy compliance, while handling employee inquiries and assisting with investigations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of HR experience and healthcare scheduling exposure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Manage onboarding, orientation, and new-hire login access for required trainings.
• Create and maintain personnel files and electronic records in compliance with laws.
• Support ongoing training and development of employees.
• Collaborate with center leadership on staffing and labor schedules.
• Monitor policy compliance and assist with corrective actions as needed.
• Assist with employee relations and investigations as required.
• Support HR metrics analysis and reporting to identify trends.
